REFUND & ORDER CANCELLATION
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Chantal Guillon® does not accept returns.
There are no returns or exchanges.
If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team WITHIN 2 DAYS of when the package was receive and provide a photo and detailed description of issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Chantal Guillon’s experience.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Orders may be cancelled or modify within two business days of the shipping date or pick-up date.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, such requests may not be possible due to order-processing schedule.
In-store and phone payments: All payments made are non-refundable.
All payments made are non-refundable except if a delivery/shipping order is not completed, and it is proven to be the direct consequence of CHANTAL GUILLON misacting.
In case, of a non-fulfillment due to a disaster, CHANTAL GUILLON will decide, at its sole discretion, if a refund will be made. And a restocking fee will be charged to cover the service expenses. In no case, a refund will be made if it is due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the purchasing customer.
